I know it can be hard to find time to clean and manage your home. As Moms, we have so much to do and so little time to do it. Decluttering has helped me maintain my sanity as a mom and it can help you too. The less you have in your home, the more freedom you have from cleaning. Having too much clutter weighs you down and makes you feel overwhelmed, but you don’t have to stay stuck. You can get a ton done around your home in 5 minutes. If you have several 5 minute periods during the day, it will add up, I promise. Before you know it, your home will feel manageable. This list is a place to start when you feel too overwhelmed to clean or declutter.
5 Minute Cleaning and Decluttering Tasks
Print this list and refer to it when you have just a few minutes. Even a small amount of time is all you need to get rid of something in your home or clean. If you have 5 minutes before you leave for work, wipe down the kitchen sink. If you have 5 minutes before bed, clean the toilets or whatever you feel like doing. It all adds up Momma. I don’t want you to feel too overwhelmed to get started. If you can break cleaning and decluttering down into 5 minute tasks, you will notice a big difference before you know it.
