I’m here to help you overcome fear and limiting beliefs to achieve your biggest goals.
Over the past 6 years, I have learned to face my fears, learn from my mistakes and start believing that I am capable of achieving some of my really big life goals.
I suffered from postpartum depression after both of my kids and I have been in the position where goals didn’t seem to matter and no matter how hard I tried, I just couldn’t succeed. By the grace of God, I found my way out and developed a stronger faith through some of the biggest challenges in my life.
My husband and I now have 2 thriving businesses, I blog part-time sharing my message of how to get through shame and fear, work part-time as a Physician Assistant and raise my 2 beautiful babies. Life is so full and I am abundantly blessed.
I want to share with you what I learned to get through other really tough spots in my life with my marriage, faith and relationships. You can get past the fear and self doubt to do big things- I promise!
